Activation status

1. open SMF database
2. select smf_name_members
3. locate record
4. set is_activated as follows:
   • 0 - Account is not yet active
   • 1 - Account is active
   • 3 - Account is awaiting admin approval
   • 5 - Account is active, but user is underage according to COPPA settings
